PURE OXYGEN · ELEVATED PRESSURE

HBOT.

Physician-Owned · Scarsdale, NY

Pure oxygen at depth. Under pressure, oxygen stops hitchhiking on hemoglobin and dissolves straight into plasma — reaching tissue the surface can’t. Designed to support recovery, circulation, and how you feel between hard days. Every dive physician-supervised.

NOT ALL CHAMBERS
ARE EQUAL.

A soft chamber is an inflatable bag at low pressure — limited by physics. A hard chamber reaches true medical-grade pressure. We run both, priced honestly, and we’ll tell you which your goal actually needs.

Under pressure, oxygen dissolves directly into plasma, the mechanism behind decades of hyperbaric medicine. Protocols are cumulative: published practice and our physician’s experience put the working range at ten dives minimum, with benefit compounding toward forty over 8–14 weeks. A favorite of biohackers, prescribed here by an actual physician.

RESCU/FAQ · HYPERBARIC OXYGEN · WESTCHESTER

HBOT — Questions, answered.

Where can I get hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) near Westchester NY?
Rescu Wellness runs medical-grade hard-chamber HBOT in Scarsdale, five minutes from the village and central to Westchester County — Bronxville, Larchmont, White Plains, New Rochelle and Greenwich CT. Every dive is physician-supervised. Call 914-401-8552 or message 914-281-4876 on WhatsApp.
How much does HBOT cost?
Pricing is honest and matched to your goal: soft chamber $150, hard chamber horizontal $250, hard chamber vertical $300. A first-dive trial is $199. Protocol packages lower the per-dive rate — 10 dives at $315, 20 at $297, 30 at $280, and 40 dives at $245 each.
What is the difference between a soft and hard hyperbaric chamber?
A soft chamber is an inflatable bag limited to about 1.3 ATA. A hard chamber reaches true medical-grade pressure at 1.5 ATA, delivering 100% oxygen. We run both and tell you honestly which your goal actually needs — most therapeutic protocols call for the hard chamber.
How many HBOT sessions do I need to see results?
Oxygen works on a curve. Published practice and our physician's experience put the working range at a minimum of ten dives, with benefit compounding toward forty over roughly 8–14 weeks. Dr. Taylor maps your depth, duration and dive count to your specific goal before your first session.
Is HBOT safe, and who supervises the treatment?
At Rescu every dive is supervised by Dr. Randy Taylor, a Columbia-trained, board-certified emergency physician. HBOT is well-tolerated for most healthy adults; a physician reviews your history at intake and personalizes pressure and duration. This is the same modality biohackers chase — prescribed here by an actual doctor.
Can I work or relax during a hyperbaric session?
Yes. Our vertical hard chamber lets you sit upright and work, read or take calls while you dive. Horizontal chambers are built for full rest. Sessions run 60–90 minutes.
What can HBOT help with?
HBOT is designed to support recovery, circulation, tissue healing and how you feel between hard days — popular with athletes for recovery and with longevity-focused clients. Individual results vary; treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Dr. Taylor will discuss whether it fits your goals.
Do you offer an HBOT trial before I commit to a package?
Yes — a $199 first-dive trial in the medical hard chamber. A physician maps your protocol before you dive, and the trial is the simplest way to experience true medical-grade pressure before choosing a 10–40 dive package.
